Admission Procedure Explained

Admissions in  Anazak are done in first and second term. Parents are advised to contact the admission office, the admission forms will only be issued only after the vacancy is open. You can download/ get a copy of admission form.

Application Prerequisites

A satisfactory score in mid term/ end term exams from the previous school is crucial. Every year cut level mark is designated by the School.

Admission Criteria

Admission is granted as per the following;

1) Interview results (both written & oral)

2) Previous academic performance (if transfer)

Additionally, the class sizes determine final admission availability and therefore admission to a particular class may be precluded. The Admission Committee reserves the rights to give the final decision of admission based on criteria stated above and physical constraints.

Registration

If admission is granted, registration forms which are available from the office shall be filled and submitted together with the following documents;

1) Copy of birth certificate,

2) 2 passport size photographs,

3) Transfer letter from former school (if transfer),

4) Copy of ID for the parent/sponsor

School fee

All the school fees are payable in advance for the full academic term/ year and are not refundable or transferable under any circumstances. All outstanding dues must be cleared as failure to pay will result in the child being barred from sitting tests/examinations or getting the leaving certificate.
